Ingesting Diindolylmethane

The name Diindolylmethane sounds scary and conjures up an image of something associated with a toxic spill. But in reality, Diindolylmethane or DIM is compound and is something that is extremely beneficial to the human body.

DIM is actually a Natural Immune Booster and as such it gives your immune system a lot of help to combat illnesses. Unlike immune boosters that are available as over the counter drugs, this particular compound has no side effects. That’s because it is not produced artificially. DIM is a compound that is naturally produced in cruciferous vegetables and all you have to do is eat these vegetables to get the benefits of the compound.
