Here are some practical ideas to meet your exercise goal
The best cardio vascular exercise program for you is the one that suits you as well as fits your hectic schedule. Initially aim for three 30 minute or equivalent time workouts a week and gradually increase the intensity and the frequency. Remember we are shooting for an equivalent time and frequency.
If you like gardening, this will count towards your goal. Make sure your gardening incorporate some of the basic movements such as bending.
If you are faced with a time crunch to get things done in a day, incorporate healthy tasks to your daily routine. Walk fast from your office or work place to your car. If you are waiting for your ride, try some steps by walking around. When you are boiling water for your Java in morning, do some squats.
If you are unable to find 30 minutes for your exercise routine, try three ten minute workouts or 15 minute or even several five minute blocks of time. Aim here is to get at least 30 minute workout a day.
If you enjoy dancing, instead of waiting for a weekend dance, do some dancing during the week. It counts toward your goal.
