How to distress from spring cleaning

Spring brings additional stress to your life with harmful effects. Spring cleaning of your home can be one of the biggest. The winter that we went through created a mess in your yards and stock filed numerous items inside the home. Now the weather is getting better and your hectic daily schedule is demanding time and effort for spring cleaning. This creates an unnecessary stress in you. How can you distress from your spring cleaning?

Throw out the things you don’t need. Better yet hold a garage sale. At first it may be difficult to decide what to throw out. If you haven’t used it for a while, consider throwing out unless you have a good reason to keep it. Look at your book shelves. There may be books that you haven’t touched for a while and collecting dust. Consider donating them to your favorite charity. You may get a tax deduction when you file your tax return next year.

This is also the time to look at your medicine cabinet. Throw out all expired medications. Make sure to peel off labels with your or your loved ones names off the bottle. Some state and locals may have rules regarding how to dispose expired medications.
