Natural treatment for the Flu

Goldenseal eliminates ‘congestion’ which is a common flu symptom immediately but shouldn’t be taken by pregnant women or those who are allergic to ragweed.

5.       Capsicum

While capsicum helps to get body circulation going while also possessing other health benefits, it can prevent and relieve one of congestion while getting the nasal mucus flowing that commonly occurs due to the flu.
